Delivery is made throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia in cooperation with DPD and HP. For deliveries abroad, we use the services of Croatian Post.
Shipments within the Republic of Croatia are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the moment the order is received, except on weekends and holidays. Exceptionally, in case of extraordinary situations, the delivery deadline can be postponed, but the final deadline in this case is 5 working days. Please ensure that all data is entered correctly when making a purchase, especially the contact number and e-mail address, so that KARIKA VIS D.O.O. or the delivery service courier can be contacted in case of need.
The delivery price is HRK 30 per shipment, while the cash on delivery option is an additional HRK 10. If you order products worth HRK 500 or more, delivery is free. For deliveries abroad, delivery costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package, which will be communicated to the customer when ordering.
You will be informed about the day of delivery within the Republic of Croatia by e-mail, while on the day of delivery you will be contacted by the courier of the delivery service. If the specified time does not suit you, it is possible to arrange another delivery date.
If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a notification about the arrival of the shipment with all the necessary information about the shipment (shipment number, customer service contact number, time when we attempted delivery, etc.). Within 5 days, you can contact the Customer Service number provided to arrange a redelivery or a redelivery will be attempted, depending on the delivery service.
In the event that you do not pick up the goods on time, and you have properly received the notification of the shipment's arrival, you bear all the costs of returning the goods to KARIKA VIS D.O.O.. and resending the goods, for which you will be issued an invoice that you must pay before resending the goods.
The ordered goods will be stacked in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. When picking up the ordered goods, the customer is obliged to check for possible damages and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, and to refuse to take delivery of goods with visible external damage.
Verification of the correctness of the order depends on the customer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
